Deep from the soul with irrepressible creativity straight into the ears and hearts of the listeners. The band name “Straight Towards” describes exactly the way and the feeling with which the duo, consisting of singer and songwriter Thomas Rückert (Tommy) and producer Stephan Schulz, lives music and brings it into the world.
Although their music is characterized by significant influences from the synthpop and dark wave scene of the 80s, they congenially transport their tunes into the present day. Stylistically an innovative mixture of rock and classical elements, paired with German and English lyrics saturated with true life experience and vocals full of character.
