The folk-pop duo “Nobutthefrog” from Nuremberg has dedicated itself to music and travel. More than half of the year they live in the van and play in the streets of Europe and other special places. In Ireland’s dimly lit pubs or on the colourful Mediterranean markets between fragrant spices, fresh fish and the sweet fruits of the south or on the trembling slope of the smoking Etna crater.
With their characteristic two-part singing, the Irish-tinged, unusual-sounding violin and the rhythmic acoustic guitar, the band hits the nerve of today: the longing for nature, the taste of salt water on the lips, glowing sunrises and endless freedom.
