The EP “UMBRUCH” describes walking down a misleading path – until the way out is finally found. The moment when you start to lose your footing completely until you suddenly feel solid ground under your feet again.
Artur has experienced this rollercoaster ride of emotions in recent years. The coming and going of people, strong changes – also within the band – as well as the alienation of social processes left their mark. But then caused a kind of rethinking.
The selected songs on “UMBRUCH”, together with a new arrangement by the Berlin producer Tibaton, provide a good insight into this world of upheaval, especially in their interplay. It reflects mental stuckness and impotent persistence, which – ideally – is associated with a liberating new beginning. More information is available here.
